I received some beautiful flowers a few days ago and thought this daisy was a perfect candidate for some lomo experimenting. “Lomo” is GIMP plugin that oversaturates an image, taking its name from the popular Russian camera with the same effect.
Although I used the effect on a still shot, lomography actually emphasizes casual, snapshot photography. Characteristics include over-saturated colors, off-kilter exposure, blurring, “happy accidents,” and alternative film processing.
