It may be a month late but as they say, “better late than never”. We finally celebrated Matt’s 2nd birthday yesterday. I made these rainbow cupcakes. Inspiration for these came when Kay forwarded me images from here. They were a complete hit! I feel very “Martha Stewart”-ish for having accomplished these! lol
